Welcome to Rare Plus Apparel! (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or buying from our online store (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

Rare Plus Apparel! is owned and operated by Rare Flicks Plus out of Nova Scotia, Canada. We sell original print-on-demand apparel and accessories, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats and stickers. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of the Site.

2. Products

Every item is printed on demand by our partner Printful after you order. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order items. We may limit quantities, discontinue designs or change descriptions at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed is final.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed.

5. Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped by Printful. Production and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns

Because every item is made to order, returns are covered by our Return Policy. Damaged, misprinted or wrong items will be replaced or refunded as described there.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Harass or cause distress to other users or staff
• Post or send obscene, threatening, defamatory or hateful material
• Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or copy our designs, content or prices without permission

8. User Comments and Content

By submitting comments or reviews, you give Rare Plus Apparel! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, permanent licence to publish and edit them. We may remove any comment that breaks these terms, is spam or is inappropriate.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site uses third-party services including WooCommerce, Printful, Stripe, PayPal, Jetpack, Jetpack Social, Rank Math SEO, LiteSpeed Cache, RPS Suite and Hostinger. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, images, text and branding on this Site belong to Rare Plus Apparel! and Rare Flicks Plus. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs without written permission. The “Rare Plus Apparel!” and “Rare Flicks Plus” names and logos are trademarks of Rare Flicks Plus.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or the Site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rare Plus Apparel!, Rare Flicks Plus and their owners, operators and employees from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. You agree that the courts of Nova Scotia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of the Site means you accept the new terms.
